We are located off 60 Freeway between 605 and 57 Freeways, between Hacienda and Azusa Exits.  The plaza is on the SW cornor of Colima & Punta Del Este.

If you are coming from Los Angeles -

1. Take CA-60 East.
2. Take Exit #16 / Hacienda Blvd.
3. Turn LEFT onto Three Palm Street.
4. Turn RIGHT onto Hacienda Blvd.
5. Turn LEFT onto Colima Road. 
6. On the 3rd traffice light, turn RIGHT onto Punta Del Este and immediately enter the plaza with palm trees on the right side.  Look for a blue 'ENDODONTIST' sign on the ground level.

If you are coming from Diamond Bar, Orange/Riverside/San Bernardino County -

1. Take CA-60 West.
2. Take Exit #18 / Azusa Ave. 
3. Turn LEFT onto Azusa Ave.
4. Turn RIGHT onto Colima Road. 
5. On the 4th traffic light, turn LEFT onto Punta Del Este, and enter the plaza with palm trees immediately on your right hand side.  Look for a blue 'ENDODONTIST' sign on the ground level.
